Soledad Moles, R.M.T

Soledad Moles is a Massage Therapist with extensive experience. She graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy School in 2005 and has worked in diverse settings such as spas and fitness centers as well as having had her own practice for over 15 years. Working in multiple environments has allowed her to learn how different aspects of massage therapy can benefit a client.

Prior to studying massage, Soledad graduated from York University with a specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. This gave her an excellent foundation in anatomy and biomechanics that she has employed well in her massage career. She specializes in deep tissue and can incorporate stretching, myofascial release and low grade joint manipulation in the reduction of pain and the increase of range of motion.

Soledad is currently working on a part time degree in Cognitive Science at York University. She is passionate about investigating human cognition and the information processing of pain and emotion. There is a strong connection between mind and body and the knowledge of both can allow for a deeper understanding of the sensations of pain and motivation to improve health.
