CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Astrid Trim
Dr. Astrid Trim is a chiropractor and sports injury specialist, who has been in private practice for 30 years. As the founder and director of the Momentum Healing Arts Centre in Mississauga, Dr. Trim has created an excellent multidisciplinary health care facility that offers patients chiropractic care, sports injury and rehabilitation, as well as physiotherapy, massage therapy, laser treatment and complete management of concussion injuries.
In addition to the degree in sports injuries and years of experience, Dr. Trim has a certification in pediatric chiropractic care, resulting in a diverse practice with families and athletes of all ages and of several sport disciplines. Dr. Trim has been active in the community as trainer and team doctor for Mississauga ‘AA” hockey teams and as part of the medical team at several sporting events The addition of the Complete Concussion Management Program at Momentum has allowed the Clinic to be able to effectively assess and treat all patients who suffer from acute and chronic concussion injuries. Currently, Dr. Trim is a part time faculty member of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, teaching chiropractic technique, clinical diagnosis and applied chiropractic.
CHIROPRACTIC INTERN
dr. Shahab Entezami
Dr. Shahab Entezami is a chiropractic intern who has completed his chiropractic education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). He practices with an evidence-based, neurofunctional, and whole-patient approach, believing that effective healing begins with listening to a patient’s story and identifying root causes rather than simply managing symptoms.
Shahab holds a Bachelor of Science from York University and completed graduate-level studies in neuroscience and kinesiology, with research focused on concussion mechanisms and recovery in athletes and the general population. He has worked collaboratively with family physicians, dentists, and other healthcare professionals to manage complex musculoskeletal conditions, including spinal disorders, TMJ dysfunction, cranio-myofascial conditions, and athletic injuries.
He integrates spinal and extremity manipulation, active rehabilitation, and neurofunctional principles into care and is certified in medical acupuncture through McMaster University. His experience also includes senior care, teaching functional exercise for independence, and coaching soccer and basketball, shaping his understanding of movement, injury prevention, and performance. Shahab is committed to delivering personalized, detail-oriented care aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, and improving long-term quality of life.
Physiotherapist
Suvarna Sunil Ghuge
Suvarna Ghuge is a registered physiotherapist who is licensed to practice physiotherapy in the province of Ontario. She has completed her Master of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal and Sports Rehabilitation and has over 20+ years of extensive experience in Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions.
She believes in having a patient-centric method, dwelling deep into the root cause of the problem by a thorough assessment of the patients and designing a customized treatment plan that uses a variety of different approaches like education, STR, manual therapy, personalized exercise therapy, and taping. Her goal during the treatment is to help patients live an independent, pain-free and healthy life.
She updates her professional knowledge and skill sets by constantly upgrading them to meet the ever-demanding challenges of modern-day practice. In addition, she has certifications in pelvic health level 1, vestibular rehabilitation, acupuncture, and dry needling. She always treats her patients with empathy and dexterity.
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Soledad Moles
Soledad Moles is a Massage Therapist with extensive experience. She graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy School in 2005 and has worked in diverse settings such as spas and fitness centers as well as having had her own practice for over 15 years. Working in multiple environments has allowed her to learn how different aspects of massage therapy can benefit a client.
Prior to studying massage, Soledad graduated from York University with a specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. This gave her an excellent foundation in anatomy and biomechanics that she has employed well in her massage career. She specializes in deep tissue and can incorporate stretching, myofascial release and low grade joint manipulation in the reduction of pain and the increase of range of motion.
Soledad is currently working on a part time degree in Cognitive Science at York University. She is passionate about investigating human cognition and the information processing of pain and emotion. There is a strong connection between mind and body and the knowledge of both can allow for a deeper understanding of the sensations of pain and motivation to improve health.

Cristina Hamade
Cristina graduated with distinction from triOS College in 2024. She has experience in a variety of Massage treatments and will provide Massage Therapy that is custom to your specific needs. Whether you need to reduce stress, relieve chronic pain, speed up recovery from injury, or just relax, she will help you reach your goals and improve your overall wellness. She listens to each client’s concerns and needs and incorporates appropriate techniques and pressure to soft tissues to bring about relief of pain, movement limitations, injury rehabilitation as well as positively affecting the nervous system to calm the brain and body.
Cristina incorporates Swedish Massage Techniques as well as Manual Lymphatic Drainage, stretching and exercise, Fascial Release, and Trigger Point Pain release. The list of conditions that Massage Therapy can assist with is long, just ask!

Jennaleen Briones
Jenna is a newly licensed Registered Massage Therapist and a two-time Humber College graduate in Fitness & Health Promotion and Massage Therapy. With a long-standing background in fitness and exercise, Jennaleen applies her knowledge of movement with a focus on therapeutic treatments, chronic pain management, and injury recovery. Using a clinical yet compassionate approach, she blends evidence-informed techniques with personalized care to help clients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve long-term function. Whether managing chronic tension, healing from an injury, or supporting physical performance, Jennaleen creates a safe, effective space for your healing and wellness journey.
